During the week of December 3, through December 8, 2012, all Locations of the Elkhart Public Library will accept donations of food for payment of overdue fines. All food items collected will benefit Church Community Services.
Donations must be:
- Non-perishable
- Unopened
- Unexpired
- Undamaged
- NO HOMEMADE ITEMS will be accepted
- Pet food is acceptable.
For each food item you bring, we will waive 50 cents of your fines.
Unopened, undamaged toiletries and personal care items will also be accepted.
