EPL Staff Reads: May/June 2014

Staff Reads-300-Graphic OnlyLate April and early May, staff reading slowed down as we shook off the long winter and spent time on outdoor activities. By mid-May, we were back to our books, and the titles started pouring in.

ALIEN COLLECTIVE (ALIEN NOVELS, book 9), Gini Koch (PSF)

ANGEL’S COMMAND: A TALE FROM THE CASTAWAYS OF THE FLYING DUTCHMAN, Brian Jacques (J FIC)

BLOOD KING, Gail Martin (PFAN)

BLUE HYDRANGEASBlue Hydrangeas, Marianne Sciucco (FIC) • This book has been such a pleasure to read. It is written by a new author who has published it independently. From page one you care about this couple, who are dealing with Alzheimer’s, and are seeing the day-to-day struggles faced by a loving couple. It is very timely, as Alzheimer’s is a major issue in today’s world. I’m sure this book will be remembered long after the last page is read. ~ Debbie, Popular Materials
