Jazz fans and jazz legends will come together this weekend for the 27th Annual Elkhart Jazz Festival. The festivities will kick off Friday, June 20 with a New Orleans-flavored Mardi Gras parade at 5:00. The parade will begin at Jackson & Waterfall, head south on Waterfall and up Franklin to the Civic Plaza on Main. (Watch for the EPL contingent.) The festival runs from June 20-22, with a free “appetizer” concert on Thursday, the 19th.
