An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Monday, repeating until January 28, 2019
Join us in this new year as we step into a whole new YOU! We’ll bring you peace of body, mind and soul over three weeks in January. Attendance at all events isn’t necessary but registration is encouraged. We’ll give you techniques for self improvement.
Jan. 14 – Body: Combine the expertise of Performing and Healing Arts techniques from our Facilitator, Julie Cotton from Next Level Improv, as you allow yourself to access the “character” that chooses healthy body practices. No matter the character(s) you’ve played in your life before, explore this unique approach to starting the year off with a new perspective on the choices we make- habits, behaviors, routines that support a healthy body. What “character” would we need to give the stage to in our everyday lives to allow such behaviors to emerge, Flow and become new habits. Explore through movement, yoga, breathing, mindfulness, meditation – and PLAY your way to enhancing Yourself, building Your character to supporting your healthiest BODY!
Jan. 21 – Mind: Financial peace of mind: Centier Bank will talk about how financial stress impacts life, jobs and offer tips (resources) on where to find no-cost help.
Jan. 28 – Soul: Downtown Soul will be bringing music and art out for a relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy the music.
