Free Movie: Elf

Holiday traditions are the best. Join Elkhart Public Library and CAPS for the annual free showing of “Elf” at the Lerner Theatre. This 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 27, special event is a great day-off-school activity for Elkhart families.
Get into the giving spirit by helping CAPS with donations of the following items (drop off locations will be in the Lerner lobby starting at 10 a.m. on the day of the movie):
• Spanish/bilingual board books for children ages 0-3
• Lysol wipes
• Hand sanitizer
• All colors of duct tape
• Backpacks
• Personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, hairbrushes)
• Cleaning supplies (dish soap, sponges, laundry detergent)
• Blankets
• Stuffed animals
• Diapers
CAPS also has a wish list for Burke, the CAPS facility dog:
• Balls to play fetch
• Kong toys
• Doggie wipes
• Dog ear cleaner
• Eukanuba adult large breed dog food
