Holiday Hoorah

As part of downtown Elkhart’s Winterfest, the Elkhart Environmental Center and other guests will be joining us for an afternoon of fun activities.

The library will be open until 3 p.m. for the special occasion. The EEC will lead the creation of upcycled ornaments and treasures. Local environmentalist Paul Steury will be showcasing his newest work, the “Nature Around Us” coloring book, and artist Mark Daniels will be making caricatures for purchase.

We’ll also have our take on the Griswold car on display for selfies before it makes its appearance at the Lerner Theatre for the evening showing of National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation.
