Go into 2019 with peace of Body, Mind and Soul
Ease into a new year by getting your mind and body reset and right with Elkhart Public Library’s Body, Mind and Soul series.

Aimed at bringing peace to each of those three areas, the three week series of programs is aimed at self-improvement, good health and maybe just kick starting those new year’s resolutions, or at least starting the year off in a good head space.
The public is welcome to attend any or all of the sessions, which will be at 5 p.m. on three consecutive Mondays beginning Jan. 14.
The series kicks off with Body, learn Performing and Healing Arts techniques from Julie Cotton from Next Level Improv, as you allow yourself to access the “character” that chooses healthy body practices.
Explore this unique approach to starting the year off with a new perspective on the choices we make; habits, behaviors, routines that support a healthy body. Explore through movement, yoga, breathing, mindfulness, meditation and play your way to enhancing yourself.
On January 21, Centier Bank will be leading a peace of Mind program focusing on Financial Well Being is typically the basics; savings, credit, budgeting and overall money management. We’ll explore how financial stress impacts life and work and provide some tips on where to find no cost help.
On Jan. 28, Downtown Soul will be bringing an artist and some music to EPL for an intimate show and relaxing performance. Come enjoy the music and look at some great local art.
With attendance at all three programs, attendees will receive a free slow cooker courtesy of United Way of Elkhart County and be entered win a $50 money tree courtesy of Centier Bank.
