Peeps Diorama Contest

Create a favorite book or movie scene using marshmallow Peeps for our annual diorama contest.

Starting Monday, March 30, pick up Peeps and a box at Cleveland while supplies last. Create your diorama using a shoe box, paper, markers, beads or other craft supplies. Submissions will be accepted at Cleveland April 1-14.

Full rules:

• Drop off entries by 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 14 at Cleveland Branch. Entry forms are at the branch.

• One entry per group or person

• All ages are encouraged to participate. It’s fun for the whole family.

• By entering the contest, EPL has permission to display your entry, take pictures and share it online.

• Entries will be displayed and voted on Wednesday, April 15, through Tuesday, April 21.

• Winners will be announced on Wednesday, April 22.

1. Peeps must feature prominently in the diorama. Any color or type of Peep may be used. Scenes depicted should be family-friendly.
2. All entries should be in a standard-size shoe box, maximum since is 12x18x12.” Sides may be removed.
3. Any other food or candy, besides Peeps are not allowed in the dioramas.
4. One entry per person or team. Teams will be placed in the category of their oldest member for prize voting.
5. Entries must be delivered in finished form to the Cleveland library no later than 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14, with a completed form. Any submission without an entry form will not be displayed.
6. Diaoramas must be picked up by Saturday, May 2 or they will be discarded.
