(Due to the evolving COVID-19 situation, meeting rooms will be available only for government use at this time, and requesting individuals must be with local, state, or federal offices. Physical distancing requirements will be observed. Thank you for your understanding and patience.)

Elkhart Public Library invites community members, groups and businesses to use our meeting rooms at our downtown location, 300 S. Second St. Spaces vary in size and may be reserved, subject to availability, using the form below. For more information, please email Community Engagement.

Booking Information

An application may be submitted in person orĀ via email, as described in our policy. The person signing the meeting room application must be at least 18 years old and have an Elkhart Public Library card in good standing. Please see our meeting room policy for full details. On-demand conference rooms for up to 10 people are also available, first-come first-served, on the second floor of our downtown location. Please inquire at the reference desk.

  • We currently offer 8-foot rectangles only. Unless otherwise specified, the room will be set up as for meetings as a "hollow square" if more than three tables are requested.
  • Please include any specific room set-up requests and whether you prefer to NOT have the meeting/program posted on our weekly public schedule.
