Viewpoint Development Corportation has announced today the construction of four nine-unit condominium project located in Bent Oak Golf Community, Elkhart. The first nine-unit complex is scheduled to be completed early next year for the Parade of Homes. The architectural design is being done by Progressive Engineering, Inc., Goshen. The new condominiums will be located at one of the highest points in Elkhart County; providing views extending over the city of Elkhart and the new Bend Oak Golf course. The units will be built atop an underground parking garage that will accomodate two cars and a golf cart for each owner; while also providing secure storage and direct access to each unit. The nine-unit condominiums range in size from 1450 ro 2100 square feet and include 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. Hot tubs, whirlpool/baths, saunas and fireplaces are just a few amenities included in the complex.
