10-30-1976 U.S. SEN. BIRCH BAYH (right) isn't running for office this year, but U.S. Rep. John Brademas [left] is. The two Democrats were in Elkhart Friday to drop by the ongoing state National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) branch conference at the Holiday Inn.
