2/25/1970 pg. 1 An idea of how Concord Mall will look can be gained from this drawing of the announced $9 million development. The initial phase of the enclosed, air conditioned 500,000 square foot mall will include a Robertson's Department Store and Montgomery Ward Store and about 50 smaller retail outlets. An eventual 200-unit apartment project also will be developed in connection with the center. The project was announced at a luncheon in Elkhart today for members of the press, business community and civic officials from Elkhart, Goshen and the county.
