The Elkhart Public Library is requesting proposals for printing and mailing services for its quarterly Explore Magazine and companion Explora Magazine for calendar year 2026.

• Questions must be received by 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2025.
• All answers and questions will be posted to this page by 10:00 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 4, 2025.
• RFP submission deadline is 5:00 p.m. Monday, Dec. 8, 2025.

The Library reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive irregularities as allowed by law.
